At EazerHome, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns and refund policy below.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging where possible
Returned with any accessories, manuals or parts included with the product

Items that are damaged, used beyond normal inspection, missing parts or not in their original condition may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty, including:

Personalised or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Hygiene-related products if the seal has been broken
Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Gift cards or digital products

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If the product is faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the item has been sent back.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the problem

We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the return eligibility criteria above.
